Title: District Superintendent
Responsibilities:   
  • The Eastern Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) is seeking an individual to serve as District Superintendent in the First Supervisory District of Suffolk County, which encompasses 51 component school districts.
  • The District Superintendent will serve as the representative of the Commissioner of Education to school districts within the region and support the administrative infrastructure of the BOCES agency.
Requirements:   
  • Applicants should have a thorough understanding of the New York State Education Department initiatives and the ability to work collaboratively with an experienced leadership team.
