2012 Fran Cook Memorial Hair Styling Competition
Posted on May 29, 2012 The Eastern Suffolk BOCES Fran Cook Memorial Hair Styling Competition is held annually. It is dedicated to Fran Cook a dedicated teacher, inspirational professional and beloved cosmetology teacher. The styling competition allows students in the Junior, Senior, and Adult Education cosmetology programs to explore creative and innovative hair styles while utilizing the skills and techniques learned in their cosmetology programs. The competition was held at the Hyatt Wind Watch Hotel in Hauppauge. Baskets and raffles were available. Donations were used for scholarships for graduating seniors.
